Terms of service

Price: The price specified above is a fixed price only and relates to the goods and services  specified in this quote. All prices are exclusive of GST unless expressly stated otherwise. You  must pay GST in addition to the price. Where unforeseen or additional works occur or are  required. Any additional costs will be discussed and signed off prior to commencement of the  works.  

Payment: A deposit of 50% of the price plus GST is payable on acceptance of our quote. The  balance will be invoiced to you prior to the date on which the services will be supplied. All  invoices must be paid within 7 days of the date of the invoice. 

Materials: Any materials supplied by us, as detailed in invoices supplied to you, shall belong  to us until such time as we are paid in full for those materials.  

Warranty: You acknowledge that we are a reseller and not the manufacturer of the goods.  The goods supplied to you by us will only carry the manufacturer’s warranty for the product  (as stated on the packaging, label or insert supplied with the product). AVS 2024 ltd provides  a 12month warranty on all additional products required for the installation of the agreed  system and a 5 Year installation warranty on system installations. 

Default interest/costs: We may charge interest at 1.5% per month (or part month) on any  amount due and unpaid. Payment of default interest is without prejudice to our other rights  and remedies. If we take action to recover any amount due from you, you agree to pay our  costs (including debt collection and solicitor/client costs).
